The Appian Way was originally erected by Appius Claudius the Blind during the Samnite War. Appian Way was also referred to be the Romans as the "Queen of Roads." It is the oldest and most renowned of the ancient city and stretches from Rome to Brindisi, on the Adriatic. Appian Way was especially
