Our team decided that the spirit had been slightly overpowered by the casks. As a result, the casks were then transferred into refill bourbon for around a year which has created a deliciously rounded dram. Notes of raspberry ripple ice cream, juicy dates and peanut butter reveal themselves sip by sip.
